The drum dryer is designed for drying bulk materials with flue gases; it is used in industry for the thermal drying of limestone, clay, sand, chalk and other bulk materials with particle sizes up to 80 mm. It consists of a rotating body, support stations, support braces, engine, gearbox, drive gear, gear ring. If desired, the kit is supplemented with a heat generator (gas, diesel or solid fuel), a gas cleaning system for the spent drying agent (cyclone, bag filters), air duct, heat insulation and firebox.

Principle of operation

The material in the dryer advances as the drum rotates and accumulates on special blades welded along the dryer drum and rises to the top point. After the blade of the drum reaches the upper point, the material is poured and dries through a stream of hot air. Moisture released from the material is removed by suction (ventilation).

5. The use of a new burner satisfies the needs of the customer. Energy saving and highly efficient. You can choose diesel engine, heavy oil, natural gas, coal, etc.
