Long cleaning cycle and low consumption
The air separation pulse is used to spray the ash, and the ash can be completely cleaned in one shot. Therefore, the ash cleaning cycle is extended, the ash cleaning energy consumption is reduced, and the compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced.
Good sealing effect and low air leakage rate
The box is completely welded, adopts air-tight design, and has good sealing performance. The inspection door is sealed with foam rubber, and kerosene is used for leak detection during the production process, and the air leakage rate is very low.
Low wear and long component life
The filter bag is made of polyester needle felt, and the bag mouth adopts an elastic ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The dust removal skeleton adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the cloth bag and the skeleton and extends the life of the filter bag.
Optimized design, easy replacement of filter bag
The upper bag extraction method is adopted. After the skeleton is removed during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper in the lower part of the box and taken out from the hole, which improves the bag changing operation conditions and facilitates loading and unloading.
